Decorated items are custom-made to order and are not refundable for any reason.

• FINAL SALE: No returns or exchanges
• Manufacturers may back order items that will delay the order or an item may become unavailable which will result in a cancellation of that item. If this happens, you will be notified through email and your credit card will be refunded, no items are guaranteed.
• If any item becomes unavailable we may substitute it with another item that is comparable. We will not do this with name brands without notifying you
• If the order minimum is not met as a team the sale may be extended which would push back the delivery date or orders may be canceled for a refund, you will be contacted if either of these applies
• All communication regarding your online order must be done through email
• Actual artwork size and location may slightly vary from mock-up; mock-up is to give you an idea of what the finished product will look like
• You will be contacted at the given email address when the order has shipped.
• Any claim on an order must be made within 5 days of receipt
